We are looking for highly motivated people to join our Customer Success Team. The ideal candidates are young, energetic and work well in a team environment. A background in finance, engineering or energy efficiency could be beneficial, but it is not a requirement.

The Power-Star platform has been developed for responsible businesses to manage and understand their utility costs. Our business started in a garage 12 years ago and has grown significantly since. Today, we help many of South Africa’s leading businesses reduce utility costs and identify opportunities to do better. 

Your role will be to strengthen our capacity to do more for our customers, ensuring our customers’ success is your primary objective. 

Responsibilities:

  • Fanatical support.
  • Opportunity evaluation, data analysis.
  • Exception reporting and impact assessment.
  • Technical fault evaluation.
  • Online support and presentations.

Qualities:

  • Good attitude and ability to problem-solve.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
